HTMA measures mineral and heavy metal levels present in the tissue sample (hair) - which can be used to get a glimpse into body-wide detoxification status, digestive efficacy, and adrenal, thyroid and psychological health. It is not a diagnostic tool, but is a very insightful way to gather information that can then be utilized in forming an effective health plan.
