Have you been wanting to embark on a journey of self-awareness and deeper attunement to your body‘s cues and intuition? I created this resource as an adjunct therapy option for my clients, to help them experience the changes that inevitably occur in their physical symptoms when our bodies feel SEEN, HEARD and SAFE. For as little as 5 min a day, you can utilize this introduction to mindfulness as a great first step to healing any physical or emotional dis-EASE. Whether you struggle with anxiety and depression, digestive issues, chronic illness or relational difficulties, mindfulness is an essential key to breaking through barriers to healing. Each day for the next 30 days, you will have a thought-provoking question to answer that tunes you in to your body sensations and how they connect to your thought processes and ultimately, the choices you make in life. On the first day you will be guided in a video through a somatic exercise called a body scan that you can start off each day with for improved body awareness.
Due to the brevity of the mini course, this is an introduction or primer to a lifetime education of mindfulness. I hope and pray it’s a jumpstart for anyone ready to enjoy the sweet rewards. 🌹
